Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions govern the payment obligations and processes between Fitness Life HQ and the customer. By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

  • Prices: All prices for products and services are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Taxes and Fees: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/ACH Payments
  • PayPal
  • Other Methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay

2.3 Payment Due Date

  • One-Time Purchases: Payment is due upon receipt.
  • Subscription Services: Payment is due on the first day of each month.

3. Invoicing

  • Invoice Issuance: Invoices will be issued upon order completion.
  • Delivery Method: Invoices will be sent electronically via email to the contact information provided by the Customer.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest on Late Payments

A late payment interest of 2% will be charged on the outstanding balance if payment is not received by the due date.

4.2 Suspension of Services

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within 15 days after the due date.
  • Services will be reinstated upon full payment of outstanding amounts, including any late fees.

5. Disputed Charges

  • Notification Period: You must notify us in writing within 15 days of the invoice date if you dispute any charges.
  • Contact: Email support@fitnesslifehq.com with the invoice number and dispute details.
  • Resolution: We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly.

6. Refunds and Credits

  • Policy Reference: Refunds or credits are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

7. Taxes

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.).
  • If you are tax-exempt, a valid exemption certificate must be provided at purchase.

8. Billing Errors

  • Corrections: We will promptly correct any discovered billing errors.
  • Overcharges: Refunded or credited accordingly.
  • Undercharges: Invoiced for outstanding amounts.

9. Subscription and Recurring Payments

9.1 Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to our Cancellation Policy.
  • We may send renewal reminders via email.

9.2 Cancellation

  • To cancel, written notice must be given at least 15 days before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Access continues through the current billing period.

10. Payment Security

  • All payment data is handled securely and complies with industry standards.
  • We use Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
  • SSL encryption secures all transactions.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates at fitnesslifehq.com.
  • Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 6 months prior to the event causing the claim.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, U.S.A.
  • Legal proceedings will be held exclusively in Texas courts.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement regarding billing and supersede all prior versions.
